Why Choose Us?
The Benefits of an In-House Provider
Let’s face it—most general dentists aren’t fans of root canals. They require attention to detail, are time-consuming, and can come with unexpected hiccups. With a packed schedule of cleanings, denture adjustments, and more, it’s no surprise many GPs avoid them. Endo can drain your energy, affecting how you connect with other patients and even influencing treatment acceptance.
Even if you power through, both you and your patient may feel worn out by the end—then there’s still that crown prep. Referring out can be inconvenient and add costs for the patient, which might leave them unable to afford the crown.
Enter our solution: an in-house endodontic and surgery provider. You get expert care for your patients, less stress for you, and boosted office production. All we need are 1-2 free operatories, an assistant, and a setup for restorative treatment. We handle the endo and surgery supplies. It’s that easy!
Every office has unique needs, which is why we offer two flexible scheduling options: full-day bookings for offices located in DFW, and half-day bookings for offices in McKinney, Plano, Frisco, and Allen.
Meet Dr. Alan Wong
I am an experienced provider of root canal treatments and wisdom teeth surgeries in the DFW Metroplex. I take pride in focusing my traveling practice on these two areas of dentistry I am passionate about, having completed hundreds of cases and taken numerous CE over the years on the topics of endodontics and oral surgery.
As a traveling provider, I understand quality treatment and patient experience go hand-in-hand, and I go to great lengths to ensure your patient has the best of both.
I received my D.M.D. from Tufts School of Dental Medicine in 2014 and completed advanced post-graduate training at the General Practice Residency of Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in New York City.
Whether you're currently referring out all endodontic cases, or find yourself frustrated managing a calcified molar (while being interrupted for recall exams every 15 minutes), let us help you out. We can get on a call and see how having an in-house root canal and surgery provider can benefit your practice.
Root Canal Treatment
We view Endodontic treatment not just as a means to relieve pain and pathology, but as the first foundational step in a tooth’s restorative process. We ensure the patient and restorative doctor are set up for success by employing modern, evidence based techniques to thoroughly clean and shape the root canal system, while aiming to preserve dentin. Using 10x magnification, rubber dam isolation, and modern heat-treated rotary files, we tackle even the toughest cases.
Patient experience matters, too. We provide profound anesthesia and check in regularly with the patient throughout the procedure.
We recognize each office has its own workflow, and we adapt to meet your needs. We can temporize after root canal treatment, place buildups, or even handle crown prep (if requested). For offices with same-day milling units, we can perform the root canal while the crown is being made, optimizing the patient’s time. Our commitment to quality ensures our work matches the standards of an endodontist, so you can trust us to deliver exceptional results.
Wisdom Teeth Removal
Our approach to wisdom tooth extractions ensures a smooth and stress-free experience for both your patients and your practice. Whether addressing soft tissue impaction or full bony horizontal extractions, our mobile service brings expert care directly to your office. We provide Level 1 sedation for patients with mild to moderate anxiety, ensuring comfort throughout the procedure.
By incorporating our in-house services, you enhance your practice’s offerings and deliver exceptional value to your patients—providing high-quality treatment without the added costs of referrals. We focus on routine cases and do not perform extractions where the third molar is near the inferior border of the mandible or the inferior alveolar nerve. Our traveling service streamlines the extraction process, making it a convenient option for your practice and patients.
